Mocha Creams

Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml cream
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄4 cup caster sugar
- 1⁄3 cup scorched almonds
Directions
- Stir chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in a small saucepan over low heat unil smooth.
- Divide among 4 serving glasses.
- Swirl around to coat the sides.
- Refrigerate.
- Mix coffee with warm water until dissolved.
- Cool.
- Beat cream til soft peaks form.
- Beat egg while til soft peaks form adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until sugar is dissolved.
- Fold in nuts.
- Divide cream mix among the 4 glasses.
- Top with remaining nuts.
