Mixed Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 -3 yellow squash
- 2 -3 zucchini
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 1⁄2 packages crackers
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
Directions
- Boil squash and zucchini in small amount of water, until tender.
- Drain.
- Place a layer of vegetables in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with crackers crumbs and cheese.
- Add a layer of celery soup.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Dot with margarine.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
