Mixed Berry Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups mixed berries
Directions
- Sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the oil and milk.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until moistened.
- Stir in the berries.
- Spoon into greased muffin pans until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
