Mixed Berry Muffins

I often make these muffins on the weekends for the family. They are so easy to make and you can substitute almost any type of chopped fruit. We have tried blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and apples. Show more

  1. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the oil and milk.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until moistened.
  4. Stir in the berries.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin pans until 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
