Mississippi Spice Mini Muffins

Ingredients

• 1  cup  Butter Flavor Crisco
• 2  cups sugar
• 2  eggs
• 2  cups unsweetened applesauce
• 3  teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2  teaspoons ground allspice
• 1  teaspoon ground cloves
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 4  cups flour
•  powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream butter flavored crisco& sugar; add eggs one at a time and mix.
2. Mix in applesauce& spices.
3. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well.
4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes in a greased mini muffin pan.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan.
6. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
