Ingredients

  • 4  ounces  pork loin
  • 2  teaspoons miso
  • 1  teaspoon mirin
  • 1  teaspoon sake
  • 1  teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Trim pork. Combine remaining ingredients and rub into the pork.
  2. Marinated 20-30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Scrape off and reserve the miso marinade.
  4. Broil or grill the pork. Brush with reserved marinade and continue to grill until golden.
