Miriam's Corn Pone Delight

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
Directions
- Melt butter in bundt pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture over melted butter. DO NOT MIX.
- Bake 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven or until done.
