Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

From Lauren Tatum - "I can't even begin to tell you how good this is..." If you have all the ingredients, this literally can mean you are only 5 minutes away from a chocolate cake fix!!!!

• Serves: 1
• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons flour
• 4  tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1  egg
• 3  tablespoons milk
• 3  tablespoons  oil
• 1  tablespoon chocolate chips
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

• optional sauce

• 1⁄2 cup raspberries, cuisanart (optional)
• 1⁄8 cup sugar (optional)

Directions

1. Add the dry ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
2. Next, add the egg and mix thouroughly.
3. Pour in the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir.
4. Pour the mixture into a large coffee mug.
5. Drop the chocolate chips into the center of the mixture.
6. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
7. The cake will rise over the mug, but don't be alarmed.
8. Allow it to cool a bit and tip it out onto a plate if you wish. Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top and enjoy.
