Minty Cucumber Salad

This is a very simple and yummy salad, It's passes through my family and where I grew up this is a common salad that everybody knows.

• Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

• 5  medium cucumbers (chopped)
• 1  large tomatoes (chopped)
• 2  scallions (chopped)
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  tablespoon dried mint
• 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1  dash salt

Directions

1. Mix, serve and enjoy!
