Minted Mango and Jicama Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
- 1 sliced peeled ripe mango
- 1 cup peeled jicama, 3 x 1/4-inch strips
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
- Combine mango and jicama in a medium bowl. Drizzle juice mixture over mango mixture; toss gently to coat.
