Mint-Radish Chutney

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thinly sliced peeled radish
- 1⁄2 cup firmly packed of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 -2 fresh cayenne pepper
Directions
- Place tomato and salt in blender.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Puree until smooth.
