Mint Cup

Ingredients
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- crushed ice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 120 ml tonic water, chilled
- lemon slice, to garnish
Directions
- Crush two of the mint sprigs with the sugar and put these into a glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Add the lemon and grapefruit juices and the tonic water.
- Stir gently and decorate with the remaining mint sprigs and lemon slices.
