Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly packed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Whirl until well blended; scrape down sides of container often.
