Mint Almond Pesto Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients
- 4 cups packed fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄3 cup blanched almond
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil (plus extra if needed)
- sea salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or chopper and run it through until finely chopped. Makes about 2/3 cup.
