Mini Sweet-And-Sour Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 3 (8 ounce) cans basil, garlic, and oregano tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14ounce) package dinner rolls, toasted
Directions
- Cook ground beef in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Remove meat from skillet, and drain well.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in skillet 5 minutes or until tender. Return meat to skillet; stir in tomato sauce and next 5 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Spoon mixture evenly into toasted dinner rolls, and serve immediately.
