Mini Pepper Burgers

Yields: 16 mini burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs, plain
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Chop pepper and onion finely and set aside.
- With your hands, mix together the sirloin, pepper and onions, sauce, crumbs, and spices.
- Make small patties (about 4 for every 1/4 pound) and cook over the stove.
- Serve over rice. YUMMY!
