Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Topping
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Directions
- In medium mixing bowl mix all ingredients (except for topping).
- Grease muffin pans.
- Press into muffin pans.
- In small sauce pan bring topping to boil.
- Spoon sauce on top.
- Bake@ 375* for 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
- May be halved.
