Mini Meatloaves

I love meatloaf, so I put this recipe together one night as I searched the cabinet at 5 pm for a quick fix. They have a good burger taste to them. Show more

Yields: 10 meatloaves

  1. Let the bread soak up the milk and egg until mushy. Add the seasoning, worchestershire sauce and ground beef. Make into mini meatloaves (or meatballs that are flattened). Top with a dollop of ketchup. Place into a greased 9 x 11 or cookie sheet. These should be spread out so they are not sitting in a grease pool as they cook. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
