Mini Meatballs With Asian Flavors

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb lean ground beef
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the beef and then add the beef and mix well.
- Form into 1" balls and arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Serve with toothpicks.
