Minestrone Soup With Meat

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, browned
- 2 cups onions, diced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 2 cups carrots, diced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 cups cabbage, diced
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 cups zucchini, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans white beans, drained
- 4 quarts water
- 5 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
Directions
- Add all ingredients- except spaghetti, into a large pot and simmer for about 1 hour. Add in broken spaghetti and continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
