From 101 Things to Do with Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce)  ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  tomato soup, condensed
  • 8  ounces  spicy smoked sausage, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup  cooked celery, sliced
  • 14 cup  cooked carrot, sliced
  • 14 cup peas
  • 14 cup green beans
  • 12 cup kidney bean, canned, rinsed and drined
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in water according to package direstions.
  2. DO NOT DRAIN.
  3. Add soup, sausage, vegetables and simmer 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add more water if soup is too thick.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
