Mine Mine Mine Chocolate Microwave Mug Cake

This is an adaptation of the chocolate microwave mug cake...

Ingredients

• 4  tablespoons flour
• 4  tablespoons sugar
• 2  tablespoons  cocoa
• 1  egg
• 3  tablespoons milk, 2%
• 1  tablespoon  oil
• 2  tablespoons applesauce
• 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla
• 3  tablespoons  mini chocolate chips
• 1  dash salt

Directions

1. You need 1 large coffee mug (microwave safe).
2. In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
3. Add egg, milk, oil, applesauce, vanilla, and salt. Mix again.
4. Spray mug with cooking spray, and pour in the cake mixture.
5. Microwave for approximately 3 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave.
6. The cake will probably rise above the rim of the cup, but don't worry, it's ok!
7. Allow to cool enough to eat.
8. Makes one or two servings - depending on your chocolate needs!
