  1. Cream together egg, 1 cup white sugar and 3/4 cup vegetable oil. Add 2 cups milk, All Bran, 2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mincemeat.
  2. These may be made when convenient and stored in the refrigerator and baked when needed.
  3. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
