Mincemeat Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups unsifted flour
- 9 ounces mincemeat
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven 375.
- Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
- Mix shortening and eggs until well blended.
- Mix in micedmeat.
- fold in dry ingredients.
- Bake 10 minutes.
