Mincemeat Cookies

Yields: 60 cookies
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup shortening or 3⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mincemeat
Directions
- Mix in order given.
- Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 10-15 minutes.
