Minami Salad Dressing

This is the dressing served at the Minami Japanese Restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, CA. It's dresses a simple green dinner salad.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
• 1  tablespoon soy sauce
• 1  egg yolk
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  tablespoon black pepper
• 1  tablespoon dry mustard
• 2  tablespoons paprika

Directions

1. Place ingredients in a bowl.
2. whisk together until smooth and syrupy.
