Mimi's Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 16 ounces crushed pineapple (canned)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 7 slices white bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Mix the butter, egg, sugar and pineapple in a bowl. Add the torn up bread and mix until all the pieces are covered.
- Pour the mixture into a small, greased casserole dish (8x8 or 7x11).
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top and then bake for 45 minutes.
