Milwaukee Sweet-Tart Supper

from Weight Watcher's Six O'clock Solutions. Make ahead tip: Place ingredients in the slow-cooker after lunch, and then dinner will be ready to eat about 4 hours later. If I'm going to be gone all day, I will add the potatoes at the same time as everything else in the morning and cook on low while I am at work all day. Also, I will usually only add a single can of sauerkraut. Show more
