Spinach ball recipe from a Halloween website. Author said you could switch the cheeses around to suit your preference. Prep time does NOT include chilling time. Show more

  1. Thaw the spinach and drain. Squeeze out all of the moisture.
  2. Lightly toast the bread until golden brown. Let cool and place in a blender or food processor and blend until finely crumbed.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and chill for three hours or overnight.
  4. Form into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Balls can be covered and refrigerated at this point for up to twelve hours.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
