Mild Salsa and Guacamole in One

Why not just mix the salsa and guac in one batch and call it good?! I make this on Sunday and have a great salad for the whole week. The jalapeno jam is optional - feel free to substitute a jalapeno. Also good as a dip with chips.

• Yields: 6 cups

Ingredients

• 9  tomatoes
• 2 -3  sweet peppers
• 2  small onions
• 3  avocados, peeled and cut into pieces
• 1  lemons or 1  lime, juice only
• 2  teaspoons  chopped garlic, in the refridgerator section
• 3  tablespoons  jalapeno  jam
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup cilantro
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans

Directions

1. Coarsely chop and mix.
2. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
3. Garnish with Terra Stix.
