- 1 lb pork
- water
- salt
- pepper
- curing salt (Roxan)
- fennel seed
Directions
- Trim pork shoulder butts.
- Grind meat.
- Make spice mix (salt, pepper, fennel seed, roxan) and mix into meat.
- Stuff into hog casing.
- Hang on rack and place in cooler.
- Grill and place on bread with peppers.
