Mild Chili Powder

This is my own recipe for chili powder. Its not a copycat of anything i have used or tried. Just the results from the R&D of my own tastebuds.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne powder
• 2  teaspoons ground cumin
• 1  teaspoon Mexican oregano (not italian oregano)
• 2  teaspoons garlic
• 1  teaspoon paprika
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon  instant minced onion
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons  masa harina cornflour

Directions

1. Mix together,store in cool and dry place.
