Ingredients

• FOR THE COLESLAW DRESSING

• 1  tablespoon  fresh finely minced garlic
• 1 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄3 cup yellow mustard
• 3 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
• 1  tablespoon black pepper

• FOR THE COLESLAW

• 15  cups  shredded green cabbage
• 2  cups  shredded purple cabbage
• 1 1⁄2 cups  finely chopped yellow onions
• 3⁄4 cup  finely chopped green bell pepper
• 2  tablespoons  chopped green onions
• 2  cups  coleslaw dressing

Directions

1. TO MAKE DRESSING:
2. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
3. Stir well and refrigerate.
4. TO MAKE SLAW:
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetables. Using hands, toss well. Add dressing. Toss and serve.
