Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons red curry paste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 1.5 or 2 minutes. Or heat in a saucepan, stirring occasionally over medium-low heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
