Microwave Rocky Road Bark

My Aunt brings this to my husband quite often.........it is well loved in our home. Every time I make this, it just disappears and I am always asked for the recipe. Thank you Aunt Velva!

Ingredients

• 8  squares chocolate or 8  white chocolate bark
• 2  cups  dry roasted salted peanuts
• 2  cups small marshmallows
• 1  cup chocolate chips or 1  cup  peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Use ONLY a glass container.
2. Spray wooden spoon with PAM.
3. Measure out all ingredients so you can move quickly.
4. Line Large Cookie Sheet with Foil.
5. Microwave Bark for 3 minutes. Remove and Stir Well.
6. QUICKLY add chips, mix and cook 1 additional minute. Remove.
7. QUICKLY stir until melted. Don't let cool.
8. QUICKLY add nuts and stir well.
9. QUICKLY add marshmellows, mix well with wooden spoon that has been sprayed with PAM.
10. Pour out candy on cookie sheet spreading QUICKLY to all edges of pan. Flatten out as much as possible and let it cool.
11. Break up into pieces.
12. TIP: You can vary all chocolate and chips. Can be frozen.
