Microwave Pumpkin Pie

A quick way to make a tradition holiday dessert. Got this off the internet a few years ago.

  1. Mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, cream and spices in 2 quart microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat 4 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Microwave on MEDIUM power for 14-20 minutes until set in center, rotating once during cooking.
  5. Chill.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
