Microwave Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1⁄2 cups canned pumpkin
Directions
- Microwave sugars, water and spice for 3 minutes after mixing. Add pumpkin and mix again. Microwave again for 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Will keep for a couple of weeks.
