Ingredients

  • 13 cup  meat drippings or 13 cup  poultry dripping
  • 2  cups broth, warm or 2  cups water
  • 13 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. Stir in broth. Season to taste.
  2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened.
