Microwave Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 16 cups popped corn
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- place popped corn in large paper grocery bag.
- in glass mixing bowl place butter, brown sugar, corn syrup. microwave 1 1/2 min or until it boils stir well microwave for 3 min stirring twice.
- remove from micro and add vanilla & baking soda. stir well pour over popped corn in paper bag roll down top of bag shake well to mix.
- Micro for 1 minute shake bag
- micro for 1 min shake bag.
- micro 1/2 min shake bag.
- micro 1/2 min shake bag.
- Slit bag open and stir to loosen corn.
