Microwave Apple Pie Oatmeal for One

Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored and diced (Use your favorite baking apple)
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats (Please don't use instant)
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
Directions
- Mix apple, oats, water and salt.
- Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Be careful not to let oatmeal boil over.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon. (I love cinnamon, so I add 2 tablespoons. Yes, tablespoons warm and yummy!) Enjoy!
