Michelle's Pasta Salad

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom, fresh
- 1⁄2 cup black olives
- 1⁄2 cup bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup onion
Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar.
- Shake well and set aside.
- Cook pasta, drain, rinse under cold water.
- Cut tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions into bite size pieces.
- Combine pasta and vegetables in a bowl and pour dressing over and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
