Mexicasa Dressing

Cumin, cilantro and lime, the perfect dressing for your salad to serve with your favourite Mexican meal.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2  tablespoons lime juice
• 1  teaspoon dried cilantro
• 1  tablespoon cumin
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together, serve with a garden salad.
2. Cumin, salt and pepper can be adjusted to your liking.
