Melt In Your Mouth Wedding Cookies

You find these cookies at Christmas in the stores. These are a favorite cookie of my sisters.

• Yields: 24 cookies

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  cups flour
• 1  cup  chopped walnuts
•  powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and chopped nuts. Roll golfball-sized balls of dough in your hand.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, or until light brown.
3. Roll warm cookies in powered sugar.
