Mexican Style Sauce

Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 small jalapeno, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 small tomatoes, diced
- 3⁄4 cup chicken stock
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro
Directions
- Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Add onion and jalapeno and cook until onion is tender.
- Stir in chili powder and tomato, cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken stock and heat to boiling. Simmer until stock is reduced to about ½ cup.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in yogurt and cilantro.
