Mexican-Style Beer Marinade

A recipe from Ricardo. This is a marinade for chicken. But maybe it would be good with a steak.

  1. In a glass dish or large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients. Add chicken drumsticks and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
