Mexican Scrambled Eggs.

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 10 ounces green chilies
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- guacamole (optional)
Directions
- Cook chorizo in large skillet. When it is cooked pour eggs and season to taste. Make like a large omellet. Once side one is done flip in sections and place green chillis and cheese on. Cover it to let the cheese melt.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream and gucamole to taste. Yummy.
- Note: You can add bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and onions to taste.
