Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1⁄4 cup dried onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 poblano pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
Directions
- Mix tomato paste into broth until well-mixed. All all ingredients to rice cooker, stir, set to cook. Fluff with a fork when done.
