Ingredients
- 1 lb dried pinto bean, soaked overnight and drained
- 4 cups water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄4 lb lean ham, chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 2 hours.
