Mexican Meatball Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2⁄3 cup sauteed onion
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2⁄3 cup sauteed green bell pepper
- 1 cup pasta shells
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Combine meatballs, onion, green pepper, garlic, beef broth, salsa, chili powder, and cumin in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
- Add pasta and seasonings, stir well, cover, and cook on low an additional hour or until pasta is tender.
- Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
