Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (16 ounce) jar taco sauce
- 1 (2 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic cloves
- 3 cups reduced-fat colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1 yellow onion
- 8 inches flour tortillas
Directions
- preheat oven 350, brown turkey in skillet over medium heat for 5 mins, add onion and garlic sautee 5 more mins, add taco sauce, refried beans, olives, rotel simmer on low 15 minutes.
- in a 3 quart casserole dish add thin layer of meat mixture, put 2 overlapping tortillas over meat mixture, add a layer of meat mixture, cheese, and tortillas until gone, leave the top for remaining meat mixture and sprinkle cheese, bake unconvered 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
