Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 4 green onions, diced
- 0.5 (16 ounce) can olives, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) package jalapeno jack cheese, shredded
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- brown seasoned ground turkey and drain.
- mix corn, rinsed bears, tomatoes and onions with turkey mixture.
- layer 1/3 cup salsa in bottom of baking dish.
- cover with a single layer of tortillas.
- layer half of turkey mixture on top.
- layer 1/3 of cheese on top.
- cover with a single layer of tortillas.
- layer remaining turkey mixture.
- layer 1/3 of cheese.
- cover with single layer of tortillas.
- cover with remaining cheese and top with green onions and olives.
- bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and gooey.
